We want to inspire other women with our story and create a save space for women's surfing. Let's support and learn from each other, connect with nature and grow together. Our All-Inclusive Surf-Package

Have a look at our package that we designed for you! We included everthing that is needed for a perfect week to bring your surfing skills to the next level, with much surftime, photo sessions, surf analysis and surf skate lessons - we will work on our body movements to improve your wave performance. Combined with surf orientated yoga and a 30 minutes massageto relax your muscles. And of course there are much more optional activities to discover, like winetasting, bouldering... we will have great time and a lot of fun!

What's included

7x nights accommodation

You stay in one of our beautiful and cosy rooms in a room category of your choice & welcome package.

7x breakfast

Every day we serve a fresh and healthy breakfast buffet. Vegan alternatives are available.

8 x surf lessons

You will have focused surf lessons for your surf level with experienced surf instructors, including equipment and transfer to the surf spot.

2x 1h photo analysis

We take surf photos/videos of you twice, based on which we will work to increase your progress on the wave.

4x dinner nights

At our dinner nights we will have Dinner together and surprise you with delicious creations, including a free drink.

1x nutrition workshop

Get to know more about nutrition and how it affects our body, while cooking a meal together.

6x yoga sessions

Our yoga sessions are the perfect complement to your surf practice and are tailored to your needs before and after surfing.

2x surf skating lesson

To increase your surfing progress we will have surf skate lessons and work on your body movements.

1x 30min massage

Relax and enjoy a 30 minutes massage after surfing.

1x surf skill training

We will train the main surf techniques on land and in the pool.

1x beach night

We spend an evening chatting and dancing at the beach together, with food & drinks.

airport transfers

We provide you with the pick up and drop off at the Lisbon airport.

Where you will stay...

You will stay in our beautiful rooms that offer you everything you need to feel comfortable. In addition to tasteful and high-quality furnishings, we set a lot of value on cleanliness and hygiene at TIKA Surf Camp. Our surf house offers three different room categories, so you can choose exactly the right room for your stay. All bathrooms are new or have been modernized. The "Shared" room has single beds and a shared bathroom. The "Comfort" room has a balcony or terrace and shared bathroom. Our "Deluxe" room has a double bed with private bahtroom and balcony. The rooms can also be perfectly shared with a friend. You will feel just like home!
