Wavehub LDA in its capacity as the responsible entity informs its users that

- with use of the Website, personal data about you will be processed, and in particular:

• personal data (e.g. e-mail address, first name, last name, title, address, telephone number - hereinafter referred to as "data" or "personal data") provided by users in case of registration on the Website (e.g. in the context of contact requests and newsletter mailing);
• personal data transmitted by the Users' Internet browser each time they access the Website and stored within log files, also known as server log files. This data includes: IP address (Internet Protocol address) of the accessing computer; Name of the accessed page; Date and time of access; Related URL from which the user accesses the page; Number of data transferred; Status message for successful access; Session ID number;

Purpose of the processing

Wavehub as the data controller

- Processes the personal data of the users of the website for the following purposes:

• Fulfilling users' requests
• Sending an email newsletter about its own offers to the extent permitted by law or based on consent.
• Analysis of the website to determine user behavior.

Processing modalities

The processing of users' personal data is carried out only when necessary and is carried out exclusively electronically, and in particular by: Collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, access and communication, blocking, cancellation and destruction of the data. Data storage and deletion

Wavehub retains personal data for the time necessary to obtain the purposes for which data is collected and further processed, including any retention period required by applicable laws (e.g., retention of accounting records) and, in any case, for a maximum of 24 months after the collection of the personal data.

In order to improve the browsing experience on the Website, Wavehub uses so-called cookies. In detail, these are:

a) Google Analytics

Wavehub uses the web analytics service Google Analytics from Google Inc. ("Google") to analyze the use of the websites. The information generated from cookies about the use of the websites is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Wavehub uses Google Analytics exclusively with the extension "ga ('set', 'anonymizeIp', true)" to ensure that IP addresses are only processed as a shortened version and to exclude direct reference to individual persons. Google may disclose data to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process data on Google's behalf. Google will not disclose users' IP address in connection with other Google data. b) Facebook Remarketing and Retargeting

Wavehub uses remarketing technology for advertising on Facebook. With this technology, users who have already visited the website and were interested in an offer are targeted by targeted advertising on Facebook in the form of displayed ads. The advertising is realized through the use of cookies by the service provider AdRoll (AdRoll EMEA, Level 6; 1, Burlington Plaza Burlington Road, Dublin 4, Ireland). Users can disable targeted advertising through Facebook Remarketing Technology by opting out of the use of cookies by third parties on the Facebook Advertising Initiative opt-out page at the following link: http://optout.networkadvertising.org/.

Linking to social media sites

This website contains links to the main social media network sites (e.g. Facebook and Instagram). In this respect, it is not a matter of embedding social media plug-ins, but of linking, where personal data is not transmitted to the social media operators.

Data subject rights

You have a right to information about the processing of your personal data (for example, the origin of this data, the purpose of processing, the modalities of data processing). Furthermore, under certain conditions, you are entitled to object to the processing of data for the future, to restrict it or to request the deletion of the data.
